The all-new DocWob carb vent canister kit is available in two options, with this version including the billet T pieces. The carb vent kit was introduced in the early 90s by the factory teams in the States to stop the bikes bogging through timing and whoop sections in supercross. Negative gravity through jumps caused fuel to move away from the float bowl, leaving nothing when the rider got back on the gas. The vent kit solves this by allowing fuel to rise up the vent pipes and return to the float bowl so fuel is always available.
The carb vent can is an exact replica of the factory items used in the day. It is CAD drawn from a genuine factory part, CNC machined in two pieces and assembled in house with open cell foam to prevent dirt ingress. Finished in works mag bronze.
This full kit includes the billet bronze T pieces. These are needed on carbs that only have one vent pipe on each side. The T pieces push-fit onto the carburettor casting and allow the vent pipes to be routed upward and downward, just like the factory teams did.
