Formerly known as Hutten Metaal Yamaha Racing, the Monster Energy Yamaha Factory MX2 Team enters 2026 as Yamaha Motor Europe’s official factory effort in the MX2 World Championship. Based in the Netherlands and owned by Wim Hutten, the team continues its focus on developing young talent within the FIM Motocross World Championship.

For 2026, the team fields Latvian brothers Karlis Alberts Reisulis and Janis Martins Reisulis. Karlis returns after completing his first full MX2 season, while Janis steps up to MX2 following his EMX250 title in 2025 and EMX125 championship in 2023.

For the 2026 season, Doc Wob will supply the team with titanium tools.
