This Shipping & Delivery Policy is part of our Terms of Service and should be read alongside our Terms. By placing an order you agree to the Shipping & Delivery Policy below.

Definitions
Carrier means any postal operator, courier, express carrier, freight forwarder, line‑haul provider, last‑mile delivery partner, customs broker, or any agent, affiliate, or subcontractor engaged by them.
Postal Operator means a national or designated postal service and its international partners.
Customs Authority means any government body responsible for import, export, and border controls.
What are my shipping and delivery options?
We offer the following shipping services. All times and dates for delivery are given in good faith but are estimates only.

Note for United States customers: The U.S. is part of our Rest of the World zone for shipping rates unless otherwise stated at checkout. Please see the section Important update for U.S. customers for duties, taxes, and customs rules that now apply to all U.S. imports regardless of value.
For EU and UK consumers: This does not affect your statutory rights. Unless specifically noted, estimated delivery times reflect the earliest available delivery, and deliveries will be made within 30 days after the day we accept your order. For more information please refer to our Terms.
Do you deliver internationally?
Yes. We currently ship to the following countries:

Europe: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czechia, Germany, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden
Rest of World: United States, United Arab Emirates, Australia, Canada, Switzerland, Hong Kong SAR, Japan, South Korea, Malaysia, Norway, New Zealand, Singapore
Free shipping is not valid on international orders.
Please note that we may be subject to various rules and restrictions in relation to some international deliveries and you may be subject to additional taxes and duties over which we have no control. If such cases apply, you are responsible for complying with the laws applicable to the country where you live and are responsible for any such additional costs or taxes.
Important update for U.S. customers
Effective 29 August 2025, the previous U.S. $800 de minimis exemption is suspended. All parcels sent to the United States may now incur import duties, taxes, and additional processing fees regardless of value. Delivery times may be longer due to customs clearance.
How charges are collected
- Express‑carrier or freight shipments: Duties, taxes, and any brokerage or clearance fees may be charged by the Carrier or its appointed customs broker before delivery, at delivery, or by post‑delivery invoice. The Carrier completing last‑mile delivery may differ from the one initially accepting the parcel.
- Postal shipments: When handled by a Postal Operator (for example Royal Mail delivered by USPS), duties and taxes are collected under current U.S. postal import procedures. You may be asked to pay before delivery or at handover.
Who pays
Prices on our website do not include U.S. duties, taxes, brokerage, disbursement, advancement, or other fees. The recipient is responsible for all import charges.
If you refuse to pay import charges
The parcel may be returned, abandoned, or disposed of by the Carrier or Customs Authority. If it is returned to us, we will refund the product price minus: outbound shipping, any return shipping, and any import, handling, or administrative fees charged to us by the Carrier, customs broker, Postal Operator, or Customs Authority. If a parcel is abandoned or destroyed, no refund is due.
We will provide accurate customs paperwork with the price paid, currency, product description, and country of origin. We cannot mark orders as gifts or reduce declared values.
Customs and duties (all international orders)
- We ship under DAP/DDU terms. Import duties, taxes, brokerage, disbursement, advancement, or other fees are not included in our product prices or shipping charges.
- Import rules, rates, and Carrier fees vary by country and can change without notice. Please check your local guidance before ordering.
- We do not split a single order into multiple parcels to avoid customs charges.
- Returns and exchanges that cross a border may generate inbound duties, taxes, and Carrier fees. These are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.
Other shipping restrictions
- We cannot ship to PO boxes.
- Orders ship on business days only, Monday to Friday.
- Orders typically ship within two to three working days from receipt.
- We do not ship on UK public holidays.
What happens if my order is delayed?
If delivery is delayed for any reason we will notify you as soon as possible and advise a revised estimated delivery date.
