Welcome to the Doc Wob Summer 2025 Newsletter. Summer’s come quickly and things are flat-out at Doc Wob HQ as we gear up for VMXdN Foxhill and Farleigh Castle. With multiple bike builds on the go, new product launches, and some big names in the mix, there’s plenty happening behind the scenes, and we’re just getting started.
VMXdN 2025
With spring feeling more like summer, here at DocWob HQ we are all looking towards the August bank holiday now in preparation for the 4th annual VMXdN Foxhill, and with no less than eight, (yes eight) YZ 250 builds on the go it’s as busy as you can imagine, not to mention really, really expensive.
Bike Builds - The bikes are looking good for VMXdN Foxhill, and with an embargo on the Yamaha 70th anniversary livery until the month before the event we are now finishing up the final touches and progress is looking impressive, though ever so slightly stressful and with so many builds on the go all at once it’s a lot to keep on top of, but we are on target to be ready well ahead of time.
On top of the eight YZ 250's on build we also have an ever-so-special 2000 Suzuki RM 125 on build that we will have on display at VMXdN Foxhill and Farleigh Castle Vets MX.
California Trip
On my recent trip to California, I managed to procure the last and final pieces to be able to build the TP199 bike, and she's no replica! The build will be featured on the DocWob TV channels. Whilst in California I had a visit to Pro Circuit, attended the 15th Annual 2-Stroke World Championships at Glen Helen, and was invited as a guest presenter on the ever so popular PulpMX Podcast which you can find wherever you get your podcasts. field. Fuel Supplier
We have recently taken on a new partnership as an approved supplier of Renegade Fuels and have fuel available for pre-order at both VMXdN Foxhill & Farleigh Castle Vets MX for collection on site at each meeting to keep pesky shipping charges off the board! We are currently working on getting our motors tuned in to work with this new fuel.
Bike Testing
We are currently planning for an upcoming test session with a top-grade French racer (yet to be announced) for Foxhill as well as a trip up north to test a bike with TV star Guy Martin who will be racing under our tent for the Farleigh Castle Vets MX event in mid-September.
MXGP
We’re now into June and the British Grand Prix is on the horizon and an opportunity for us to visit all of our technical partner teams we supply - which in fairness is the bulk of the paddock, to assess the titanium and aluminium fasters and parts we make, not to mention deliver a few sets of our popular titanium Doc Wob T bars to some of the world’s finest race technicians.
New Distribution Deal
Doc Wob has become the new UK distributor of the D'Cor graphics line direct from the USA - these graphics are used & recommended by Factory Honda, Star Racing Yamaha and Factory Kawasaki teams in the states, not only will we stock the official team graphics, but the ribbed seat covers to match, PLUS Factory issue casual wear! All will be available shortly for next day delivery.

YouTube
Torq Moto - Jeff and I have been back in the studio with Danish sensation Brian Jorgensen with part 1 coming soon.
Doc Wob TV - The DocWobTV channel is going strong with updates on the Foxhill / Farleigh builds and the Travis Pastrana RM 125 build, the first one being a ‘how-to’ removing the powder coat from the contact points on the frames MUST-DO which unfortunately a lot of "restoration" companies fail to do.
Thanks for reading and for all your continued support. We’ve got a busy few months ahead and can’t wait to share more with you as it all unfolds. Keep an eye on our socials for updates, launches, and a few surprises along the way.
